You should be the person best placed to answer your own question. Some people in HK play quite often, say weekly at least a round, some play perhaps every few weeks. Apart from playing on course, some go to driving ranges too. But how would that affect/influence you when you decide how often you want to play when you are in HK? Only you know how much it costs to bring out your golf clubs, whether you want to buy a set (new or second hand) in HK and then sell them on leaving HK, if you dont' want to keep it.
